When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! Growing up as a child, I would always have headaches and feel so sluggish after certain meals. I was active, but not active with intention. I wasn't mindful from all my favorite late-night drive thru favorite meals and the consequences I was setting my future self for. I was taking a variety of different types of medication that was only creating more problems at a young age. Going from doctor to doctor to only to be diagnosed with more issues with more medication. I've worked in Corporate America sitting at a desk for years unconscious of my active life in and out of the office. I was in a car collision in 2016 at a four way stop. A young woman and her child mistakenly ran a stop sign and t-boned me in in the driver's side seat to only throw me into the windshield headfirst. I was somewhat active at the time but not as active or healthy enough to recover more quicker than those who are much more active. I was diagnosed with Covid-19 twice back in 2022 after having all the vaccinations. After getting sick and tired of being sick and tired from noticing a major issue in my life that wasn't going away unless I did something about it; I made up in my mind to bring it all to an end. I've dedicated myself to staying healthy and fit since and created a consistent plan to stay that way. My goal now is to help other fellow mates with the similar issues in life I faced coming up with no guidance how to get out. Better eating style with meals designed and approved by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Getting back in the fitness routine at home, gym, or on the go with a consistent workout routine to get the results you desire. When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up.
